نؤمن في BS Training International بأن العلاقة التدريبية الناجحة تقوم على الاحترام المتبادل والوضوح. يحدد هذا الميثاق حقوق ومسؤوليات كل متدرب لضمان بيئة تدريبية إيجابية ومنصفة.

We believe that a successful training relationship is based on mutual respect and clarity. This charter outlines the rights and responsibilities of each trainee to ensure a positive and fair training environment.

حقوق المتدرب Trainee Rights

الحصول على المعلومات: الحق في الحصول على معلومات دقيقة وكاملة حول الدورات التدريبية والتكاليف. Access to Information: The right to accurate and complete information about courses and costs.
بيئة تدريبية آمنة: الحق في بيئة خالية من التمييز والتحرش، وتدعم النمو. Safe Environment: The right to an environment free from discrimination and harassment.
جودة التدريب: الحق في الحصول على تدريب عالي الجودة يقدمه مدربون أكفاء. Training Quality: The right to high-quality training delivered by competent trainers.
التقييم العادل: الحق في تقييم عادل وشفاف لأدائك والحصول على تغذية راجعة بناءة. Fair Assessment: The right to fair and transparent assessment and constructive feedback.

مسؤوليات المتدرب Trainee Responsibilities

الالتزام بالسلوك: احترام جميع أعضاء المركز والالتزام بقواعد السلوك المهني. Conduct Commitment: Respecting all center members and adhering to professional conduct.
المشاركة الفعالة: الحضور بانتظام والمشاركة بفعالية لتحقيق أقصى استفادة. Active Participation: Attending regularly and participating actively to maximize benefits.
النزاهة: الالتزام بالنزاهة وتجنب جميع أشكال الغش. Integrity: Committing to integrity and avoiding all forms of cheating.
الالتزام المالي: سداد الرسوم التدريبية في المواعيد المحددة. Financial Commitment: Paying training fees by the specified deadlines.

3 سياسة القبول واسترداد الرسوم Admission & Refund Policy

إجراءات الانضمام والدفع للدورات المدفوعة Enrollment and Payment Procedures for Paid Courses

أولاً: القبول والتسجيل
عملية القبول مصممة لتكون شفافة وعادلة.

First: Admission and Registration
The admission process is designed to be transparent and fair.

متطلبات القبول: يتم تحديد المتطلبات الخاصة بكل دورة بوضوح في صفحتها. Admission Requirements: Requirements for each course are clearly specified on its page.
تأكيد التسجيل: يعتبر التسجيل مكتملاً بعد استيفاء الشروط وسداد الرسوم. Registration Confirmation: Registration is complete upon fulfilling conditions and paying fees.

ثانياً: سياسة استرداد الرسوم Second: Refund Policy

نهدف إلى توفير المرونة مع الحفاظ على التزاماتنا التشغيلية.

We aim to provide flexibility while maintaining our operational commitments.

الانسحاب قبل بدء الدورة: Withdrawal Before Course Start:

قبل 14 يوماً أو أكثر: استرداد كامل مع خصم رسوم إدارية 10%. 14 days or more: Full refund minus 10% admin fee.
بين 7 و 13 يوماً: استرداد 20% من الرسوم. Between 7 and 13 days: 20% refund.
أقل من 7 أيام: لا يوجد استرداد، يمكن التأجيل لدورة قادمة. Less than 7 days: No refund, deferral allowed.

الانسحاب بعد بدء الدورة: لا يتم استرداد أي رسوم. Withdrawal After Start: No refunds will be issued.

إلغاء الدورة من قبل المركز: يحق للمتدرب استرداد كامل الرسوم أو التسجيل ببديل. Cancellation by Center: Trainee is entitled to a full refund or alternative enrollment.
